Giving to the Trent Centre for Community-Based Education: Our Continuous Campaign

The TCCBE has received confirmation that Trent University will fund part of the Community-Based Education program and related activities until 2015. This contribution will fund just over half of the annual budget for current programs and services. This means an investment in Peterborough City and County over the next seven years.

The idea has always been that the community would provide financial support for the remainder of program and service costs. For the last five years, a J. W. McConnell Family Foundation grant and other funding has covered that portion of our budget.

As an independent, not-for-profit organization, the TCCBE is initiating a continuous fundraising campaign to generate the community contribution to our programs and services for future years.

Ways to Give

The TCCBE is in the process of applying for charitable status. In the meantime, cash and in-kind donations can be made through the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough (Registered Charitable Number 876232315RR0001).
