A team of faculty, staff, and student volunteers from Fleming College, Trent University, University of Western Ontario, and the University of Phoenix is examining team conflict and product quality in CBR. The team has developed tools to amass opinions leading to the construction of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) framework, for team conflict resolution, and product quality. The MOU is a written agreement between CBR students, faculty and agents. We need your help, which will directly benefit future CBR participants.
